§248-7  Tax payments, how made; caveat. All payments to be made by the state director of finance shall be made uponwarrants issued by the state comptroller.  Nothing in this chapter shall beconstrued as in any way amending or repealing any law authorizing thewithholding, by the state director of finance or the state comptroller, ofmoneys in the state treasury belonging or due to any county for the payment ofprincipal or interest for state bonds, or any other charges.
