§257-7  Assets; disregarded.  Thedepartment of human services shall collaborate with individual developmentaccount fiduciary organizations to ensure that the accounts as provided for inthis chapter, including any earned interest, shall be disregarded in thedetermination of benefits or eligibility for services account holders mayreceive from the department of human services as allowed by federal and statelaws and regulations.
