[§261E-20]  Existing service.  (a)  Asof the effective date of enactment of all required federal legislation, anyperson providing air transportation with turnaround service between two points,both of which are within the State of Hawaii pursuant to authority granted bythe United States Department of Transportation, shall be deemed qualified andshall be issued a certificate pursuant to this chapter.

(b)  For the purposes of this section,"turnaround service" means the operation of an aircraft that onlyserves points within the State of Hawaii. [L Sp 2008, c 1, pt of §2]
