[§261E-9]  Temporary authority.  Toenable the provision of service for which there is an immediate and urgent needto a point or points having no Hawaii air carrier service capable of andwilling to meet the need, the air carrier commission, in its discretion andwithout hearings or other proceedings, may grant temporary authority for theservice by a Hawaii air carrier.  The temporary authority, unless suspended orrevoked for good cause, shall be valid for the time the commission shallspecify, but for not more than a period of one hundred twenty days for any oneimmediate and urgent need.
