§261-18  Hazard pay for employees.  Anyemployee of the airports division of the department of transportation whoperforms fire, crash, or any other aircraft emergency rescue duties, inaddition to the employee's regular assignment, shall receive hazard pay inaccordance with the following schedule:

(1)  $25 for each and every drill attended;

(2)  $20 for each and every response to a fire, crash,or any other aircraft emergency rescue call-out which results in stand by dutyonly;

(3)  For any fire, crash, or other aircraft emergencyrescue call-out resulting in the actual participation in rescue operations, $50for the first hour or fraction thereof, and $20 for each additional hour orfraction thereof.
