§261-19  Exchange of violations information. The department of transportation may report to the appropriate federal agenciesand agencies of the states and territories of the United States all proceedingsinstituted charging violation of section 261-15, 263-9, or 263-11, and allpenalties, of which it has knowledge, imposed upon airmen or the owners oroperators of aircraft for violations of the laws of the State relating toaeronautics or for violations of the rules, regulations, or orders of the department. The department may receive reports of penalties and other data from agencies ofthe federal government, the states, and territories of the United States and,when necessary, enter into agreements with federal agencies and the agencies ofsuch states and territories governing the delivering, receipt, exchange, anduse of reports and data.  The department may make the reports and data of thefederal agencies, the agencies of the states and territories, and the courts ofthe State available, with or without request therefor, to any and all courts ofthe State, and to any officer of the State or of a municipality authorizedpursuant to section 261-17 to enforce the aeronautics law.
