§261-20  Department proceedings and reports. The department of transportation shall report in writing to the governorimmediately following the end of each fiscal year.  The report shall contain asummary of its proceedings during the preceding fiscal year, a detailed anditemized statement of all revenue and of all expenditures made by or in behalfof the department during the preceding fiscal year, an estimate of anticipatedrevenues and expenses for the next succeeding fiscal year, such other informationas it may deem necessary or useful, and any additional information which may berequested by the governor.  The fiscal year of the department shall conform tothe fiscal year of the State.
