§261-22  Hilo International Airport. The official name of the airport situated at Waiakea, Hilo, Hawaii, shall beHilo International Airport.  The main passenger terminal at Hilo InternationalAirport shall be designated "General Lyman Terminal" in memory ofBrigadier General Albert Lyman, the first person of Hawaiian ancestry to attainsuch rank in the United States Army.
