[§261-36]  Rules and regulations.  Thedirector may adopt rules and regulations to carry out the purposes of sections261-31 to 261-36 and may adopt all or any part of applicable federal rules andregulations which are necessary or desirable to obtain federal assistance inmaking payments hereunder.
