SPECIALFACILITY PROJECTS

 

§261-51  Definitions.  For the purposeof this part, if not inconsistent with the context:

"Remodeling" includes reconstruction,renovation, rehabilitation, improvement, betterment or extension of a specialfacility.

"Special facility" means one or morebuildings, structures or facilities and the land thereof for the servicing ofaircraft, for aeronautics, for air cargo operations, for airports or for thecomfort, accommodation and convenience of air travelers and airline employeeswhich is the subject of a special facility lease.

"Special facility lease" includes acontract, lease or other agreement, or any combination thereof, the subjectmatter of which is the same special facility. [L 1971, c 160, pt of §1; am L1999, c 14, §1]
