[§261-7.6]  Use of credit cards to pay forairport charges.  Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary, anypayments due and owing to the State for any products or services received fromthe State at any airport operated by the State may be made by credit card, ifprior arrangements have been made by the department for payments through theuse of the credit card and the arrangements have been approved by thecomptroller.  However, credit cards may not be used to make payments underprotest pursuant to section 40-35.  The maximum charge that may be paid to thedepartment by use of a credit card on any transaction is $500.
