§262-8  Appeals.  Any person aggrievedby any order, requirement, determination, or decision of the director oftransportation made in the adoption, amendment, repeal, or administration ofairport zoning regulations may appeal the person's grievance to the appropriatecircuit court in accordance with chapter 91.
