§262-9  Application.  If the airportzoning regulations adopted under this chapter, although generally reasonable,are finally held to interfere with the use or enjoyment of a particularstructure or parcel of land to such an extent as to be in violation of theState Constitution or the Constitution of the United States, the holding shallnot affect the application of the regulations to other structures and parcelsof land.
