§264-11  Performance bond.  The directorof transportation may require that before the issuance of a permit theapplicant give a cash bond, surety company bond, or personal surety bond infavor of the State, and for an amount equal to the estimated cost ofbackfilling, restoring, or repairing the base court pavement surface,structures, improvements, and landscaped area, and any other additional coststhat may be incurred as a result of the work done under the permit during theone-year period following the satisfactory completion of the work.  The bondshall be conditioned upon the compliance of the permit holder with therequirements of sections 264-8 and 264-9.
