§264-32  Utility facility defined.  Theterm "utility facility" wherever used in section 264-33 means andincludes any of the following:  any surface, underground, or overhead watermains, fire hydrants, gas mains, sewer mains, pipes (including fuel oil lines),conduits, utility holes, poles, wires, cables, lines, street lightingstructures, or other structures or equipment, and the appurtenances thereto,owned by any privately owned public utility or by any county or by any policedepartment or board of water supply of a county and used in connection with theproducing or the furnishing of water, gas, light, electric power,communications, transportation, or other public utility services.
