§264-79  Agreements with the United Statesauthorized.  The director of transportation may enter into agreements withthe Secretary of Transportation of the United States as provided by Title 23,United States Code, relating to control of outdoor advertising in areasadjacent to any federal-aid highway, and take action in the name of the Stateto comply with the terms of the agreement.
