§264-90  Agreements with the United Statesauthorized.  The director of transportation may enter into agreements withthe Secretary of Transportation of the United States as provided by Title 23,United States Code, relating to the control of junkyards in areas adjacent toany federal-aid highway, and take action in the name of the State to complywith the terms of the agreements.
