[§266-1.6]  Hana harbor; jurisdiction. Notwithstanding any law to the contrary, the department of transportation shallhave jurisdiction and administrative authority over Hana harbor, excluding itssmall boat ramp facility.  The Hana harbor small boat ramp facility shallremain under the jurisdiction and administrative authority of the department ofland and natural resources.
