§266-22  Maintenance of fire boat.  Thecost of operating and maintaining the fire boat transferred to the city andcounty of Honolulu under Act 175 of the Session Laws of 1951 by and through thecity and county of Honolulu shall be borne by the department oftransportation.  For this purpose, the department shall pay annually from itsspecial fund to the city and county of Honolulu the annual cost.
