§266-22  Maintenance of fire boat.  The
cost of operating and maintaining the fire boat transferred to the city and
county of Honolulu under Act 175 of the Session Laws of 1951 by and through the
city and county of Honolulu shall be borne by the department of
transportation.  For this purpose, the department shall pay annually from its
special fund to the city and county of Honolulu the annual cost. [L 1951, c
