[§266-24.2]  Vessels or property taken intolegal custody; unauthorized control.  No person shall exercise control overa vessel or other property that is under legal custody, seizure, or detentionby the department of transportation, with intent to defeat the custody,seizure, or detention, or impede, oppose, or defeat the process whereby thevessel or other property is under custody, seizure, or detention.
