§268-15  Venue of actions; enforcement ofjudgment.  Actions for the recovery of damages under sections 268-11 to268-15 may be brought in the first circuit court or in the circuit in which theaggrieved person resides.  No execution upon a judgment or attachment shall belevied against the property of the department of transportation, nor does theState consent to any maritime lien against vessels of the department, but thedepartment may be required by order of court to pay any judgment.
