§271G-3  Administration; governingprovisions of other acts.  This chapter shall be administered by the publicutilities commission of the State and the provisions of this chapter and ofchapter 269, not inconsistent with this chapter, shall govern its administration;provided that sections 269-16 to 269-28 shall not apply in any respect to theregulation of water carriers.
