§273-9  Arbitration of price.  If anyperson entitled to such preemption desires to purchase the lands, and theperson and the corporation do not agree to the price thereof, then the priceshall be ascertained by arbitration.  The cost of the arbitration shall be inthe discretion of the arbitrators.
