§275-7  Definitions. "Emergency" as used in sections 275-5 and 275-6 means a situation inwhich property or human life is in jeopardy and the prompt summoning of aid isessential.

"Party line" as used in sections275-5 and 275-6 means a subscriber's line telephone circuit, consisting of twoor more main telephone stations connected therewith, each station with adistinctive ring or telephone number. [L 1957, c 190, pt of §1; Supp, §309A-3;HRS §275-7]
