[§279A-8  Oahu Metropolitan PlanningOrganization; effect on funding.]  The provisions of this chapter do notaffect the entitlement of the Metropolitan Planning Organization for the islandof Oahu to unconditionally receive and administer transportation planning fundspursuant to Section 112 of the Federal-Aid Highway Act of 1973.
