§279E-4  Chairperson:  function and
term of office.  The members of the MPO policy committee shall elect
annually a chairperson on a rotating basis between the members of the state
legislature and the legislative body of the appropriate county.



The chairperson shall place on the agenda for
full hearing any issue, project, or subject matter relating to transportation
which is requested by at least three members of the MPO policy committee. [L
