§279E-4  Chairperson:  function andterm of office.  The members of the MPO policy committee shall electannually a chairperson on a rotating basis between the members of the statelegislature and the legislative body of the appropriate county.

The chairperson shall place on the agenda forfull hearing any issue, project, or subject matter relating to transportationwhich is requested by at least three members of the MPO policy committee. [L1975, c 180, §4; am L 1985, c 194, §2]
