§279E-6  Meetings.  Public notice of MPO
policy committee meetings shall be given at least forty-eight hours in advance
and the meetings shall be open to the public.



When the MPO makes a decision concerning input
to any of its advisory plans or procedures or any other matter, then there
shall be at least six members of the MPO policy committee present, of whom at
least three shall be state members and at least three shall be county members. 
The decision shall be made by a majority vote of the members present. [L 1975,
