§279E-8  Clearinghouse agency. The governor of the State of Hawaii shall have the authority to designate anyagency in the State and in any county of the State to exercise the duties ofthe clearinghouse agency as called for in Presidential Executive Order 12372-Intergovernmental Review of Federal Programs.
