§281-107  Presumptive evidence.  In anyprosecution under this chapter, the fact that any person engaged in any kind ofbusiness holds or is required to hold, a license from the government of theUnited States to manufacture or sell intoxicating liquors or that the personhas or keeps in or about the person's place of business or is required to haveor keep in or about the person's place of business, a receipt or a stampshowing payment of a special tax levied under the laws of the United Statesupon the business of manufacturing or selling intoxicating liquors shall beheld and deemed competent evidence that such person is manufacturing or sellingsuch liquors or is keeping the same for sale.
