§281-20  General right of inspection. Any investigator may, at all times, without notice and without any searchwarrant or other legal process, visit and have immediate access to every partof the premises of every licensee for the purpose of making any examination orinspection thereof or inquiry into the books and records therein, to ascertainwhether all of the conditions of the license and all provisions of this chapterand chapter 244D are being complied with by the licensee.
