[§281-35.5]  Special conditions; condominiumhotel licenses.  A condominium hotel operator shall submit to thecommission a copy of the information on the initial application forregistration of the condominium hotel operator approved by the real estate commissionpursuant to section 467-30, if the condominium hotel operator is required to beregistered with the real estate commission.  The condominium hotel operatorshall maintain for inspection at the condominium hotel by any authorizedemployee of the commission a list of the units being utilized for transientlodgings from time to time as part of the condominium hotel.
