§281-38  Conditions of licenses.  Everylicense issued under this chapter shall contain the condition that it issubject to this chapter and any other laws applicable to the business of thelicensee, whether in existence at the time of issue of such license or enactedor amended from time to time thereafter, and to all applicable rules andregulations of the liquor commission as the same may exist or be adopted orchanged from time to time.
