§281-40  Unlicensed liquor.  No licenseeshall have or keep any liquor whatever, for sale or consumption, on or inconnection with the licensee's licensed premises except as authorized by thelicensee's license.  Any unauthorized liquor found thereon shall be subject tosummary seizure, confiscation, and forfeiture, and may be disposed of ashereinafter provided.
