§281-62  Reduction or increase in area oflicensed premises.  The liquor commission may, in its discretion, permitthe reduction or the increase in the area of the licensed premises of anylicensee without publication of notice at a public hearing; provided that,where an increase in premises may significantly impact the public, thecommission may require hearings pursuant to sections 281-39.5 and 281-57 to281-60.  Whenever any reduction or increase is permitted, the same shall beendorsed in some appropriate manner upon the license.
