[§281-78.5]  Practices to promote excessiveconsumption of liquor; prohibited.  (a)  No person licensed to sell liquorfor consumption on the premises shall engage in practices which promoteexcessive consumption of liquor.

(b)  The liquor commission shall adopt rulespursuant to chapter 91 to prohibit specific liquor promotion practices whichpromote excessive consumption of liquor.

(c)  Any person who violates this section orany rule adopted by the commission pursuant to this chapter shall be guilty ofa violation for each separate offense.  Each date of violation shall constitutea separate offense. [L 1987, c 137, §1]
