ยง281-92ย  Appeals.ย  [2004 amendmentrepealed June 30, 2010.ย  L 2006, c 94, ยง1.] ย Any licensee aggrieved by anyorder assessing or providing for the collection of a penalty, or by any ordersuspending or revoking any license, may appeal therefrom in the manner providedin chapter 91 to the circuit court of the circuit in which the liquorcommission or liquor control adjudication board making the order hasjurisdiction and the judgment of the court shall be subject to review, subjectto chapter 602, in the manner provided for civil appeals from the circuitcourts. ย  L 2004, c 202, ยง82 provides:

ย  "SECTION 82.ย  Appeals pending in the supreme court as ofthe effective date of this Act [July 1, 2006] may be transferred to theintermediate appellate court or retained at the supreme court as the chiefjustice, in the chief justice's sole discretion, directs."
