§302B-16  Sports.  The department shallprovide students at charter schools with the same opportunity to participate inathletics provided to students at other public schools.  If a student at acharter school wishes to participate in a sport for which there is no programat the charter school, the department shall allow that student to participatein a comparable program of any public school in the complex in which thecharter school is located.
