§302B‑2  Existing charter schools.  Any
charter school holding a charter to operate under part IV, subpart D, of
chapter 302A, as that subpart existed before July 11, 2006 shall be considered
a charter school for the purposes of this chapter. [L 2006, c 298, pt of §2]
