[§304A-113]  Commercial enterprises. Any law to the contrary notwithstanding, the university may engage incommercial enterprises that are related and incidental to the primary purposesof the university as set forth in this chapter, including but not limited tosponsorship of private, cultural, and athletic performances and sale of goodsproduced by university programs or goods bearing the university logo.
