  This subdivision was enacted as an addition to repealedchapter 305, but is codified to this chapter pursuant to L 2006, c 75, §18.

 

[§304A-1141]  Purpose.  The purpose ofthe construction academy is to develop student interest in the constructionindustry and to build a foundation for general construction skills thatprepares students at the pre-apprenticeship level for more in-depthprofessional trades training and workforce development.
