[§304A-115]  Depository of war records. The university is designated as the official depository of material, documents,photographs, and other data relating to Hawaii's part in the war between theUnited States and Germany, Japan, and Italy.

The university shall secure, collect, andpreserve the necessary information, documents, pictures, and other datarelating to Hawaii's part in the war. [L 2006, c 75, pt of §2]
