[§304A-116]  Child care programs.  (a) The university may establish child care programs through which one or morechild care programs for each campus of the university system may beestablished.  The university may operate each child care program with appointedpersonnel, who are not subject to chapter 76, or by contract with privatepersons or agencies.

(b)  The provision of child care services maybe supported with proceeds from the child care programs revolving fundestablished under section [304A-2252], public funds, and private grants andgifts to pay for the expenses of operation, including payment of principal andinterest on any obligations incurred.
