[§304A-1653]  State aquarium admission anduser fees.  The board of regents may charge the public a fee for admissionto the aquarium and for the use of aquarium facilities and programs.  Inestablishing the fees, the board of regents shall be exempt from the publicnotice, public hearing, and gubernatorial approval requirements of chapter 91. The fees may be established at an open public meeting subject to therequirements of chapter 92.  The fees shall be deposited into the stateaquarium special fund established under section [304A‑2165].
