[§304A-1905]  Mauna Kea lands; reportingrequirements.  The board of regents shall report annually to thelegislature, no later than twenty days prior to the convening of each regularsession, on the Mauna Kea lands activities, current and pending lease agreementsand fees, the status of current and pending administrative rules, income andexpenditures of the Mauna Kea lands special fund established in section 304A-2170,and any other issues that may impact the activities of the Mauna Kea lands.
