[§304A-2154]  Systemwide informationtechnology and services special fund.  There is established the systemwideinformation technology and services special fund, from which all moneys shallbe used in support of systemwide information technology and services includingpersonnel, equipment costs, and other expenses, as well as planning, design,and implementation of information technology infrastructure within theuniversity.  All moneys for the fund shall be provided from revenues collectedfrom users of information technology and services and any informationtechnology user fee established pursuant to section [304A-401].
