[§304A-2165]  State aquarium special fund. There is established the state aquarium special fund into which shall bedeposited all revenues derived from all fees for admission and all fees for theuse of aquarium facilities and programs collected in conjunction with theoperation of the state aquarium.  The special fund may be deposited indepositories other than the state treasury; provided that the university:

(1)  Informs the director of finance of thedepositories in which moneys from the special fund have been deposited; and

(2)  Submits copies of annual statements from each ofthe depositories in which the moneys from the special fund are deposited.

Moneys deposited in this fund shall be expended forthe operation of the state aquarium. [L 2006, c 75, pt of §2]
