[§304A-2258]  University of Hawaii housingassistance revolving fund.  There is established the University of Hawaiihousing assistance revolving fund into which shall be deposited a portion ofthe total indirect overhead funds generated by the university for research andtraining purposes in the prior fiscal year as determined by the board ofregents.  The fund shall be used to:

(1)  Implement the university housing assistancemaster plan, in accordance with policies adopted by the board of regents; and

(2)  Account for all transactions of the universityhousing assistance program, including but not limited to revenues,expenditures, loans, and transfers. [L 2006, c 75, pt of §2]
