[§304A-2260]  University of Hawaii graduateapplication revolving fund.  There is established the University of Hawaiigraduate application revolving fund for graduate program applicationprocessing.  The board of regents may establish appropriate charges forapplication processing.  The revenues from the charges shall be deposited intothis revolving fund and shall be used to pay the costs of processingapplications to all graduate programs.
