[§304A-2683]  University project, universitysystem, networks, and revenue bonds exempt from taxation.  The revenue ofthe university and the property of any university project, university system,or network shall be exempt from all taxation and assessments by the State orany county or other political subdivision thereof.  Revenue bonds issued underthis subpart and all income therefrom shall be exempt from all taxation by theState or any county or other political subdivision thereof, except inheritance,transfer, and estate taxes.
