[§304A-703] Capacity of minors inqualifying for Hawaii educator loans. Any student otherwise qualifying fora loan under the Hawaii educator loan program special fund shall not bedisqualified because the student is under the age of eighteen years, and forthe purpose of applying for, receiving, and repaying the loan, any such personshall be deemed to have full legal capacity to act and shall have all rights,powers, privileges, and obligations of an adult with respect thereto.
